Over a year in the making, our new website is finally here!
It’s been a labour of love but now it is here we are so thrilled to finally share with you what Cutture is about, projects we have been working on and most importantly what we can offer you for all your event stationery and styling needs.
The journey
Having officially created Cutture in 2009 we have been on quite a journey, starting out focussing on wedding stationery we knew we needed to be working in large events as well as weddings. With our background in architecture and graphic design, offering three-dimensional invitations led to styling products for events, we believe this offers event planners and companies an all encompassing design opportunity for their events, raising the bar and therefore getting results.
We are so passionate about exemplary design and event planing as one major design process, and we are thrilled to be a part of that world. No two days are the same here at Cutture, we are so privileged to be let into the lives of our wedding couples, who we get to know so very well throughout their journey with us, and the large events we get to work in are often such a spectacle it is beyond belief, the experience they create is often mind blowing. Our event planners here in the UK are some of the best in the world and we are very fortunate to work with a lot of them.
The Resource
So our new website is not about showing off our portfolio, but it will evolve as a resource, a resource for corporate brands as much as for Bride and Grooms, providing etiquette guides, printing guides and a good dose of real inspiration from events we have worked on here and internationally.
The site has been built to be all about the user experience, we have worked closely with Photolink who are just, well, pretty damn good at what they do. From a discovery session over a year ago, we have got here now, focussing on what our client needs are and aligning with our brand values and purpose. Photolink have also enabled us to style some stunning photographs for the website, we have such a variety of work it was really tricky trying to decide what style we wanted to convey and we didn’t want to style flat lays in an instagram format, we needed to be different, to let the product shine and not be distracted by props. So the amazing Adele at Hungry Tiger (Photolink’s London sister) helped us realise our vision, I think you’ll agree it’s the first time a photograph has really captured the level of detail and essence of what we do.
The speech
Seeing this all come together is actually quite an emotional journey for both Dominic and I. We have built this company from nothing and we are so indebted to our incredible, loyal and hard working team, we would like to personally thank them for their continued support and we hope this new platform will allow everyone to see just how damn hard you work and how great you really are at what you do.
That list of client names on ‘our story’ page is also kind of blowing us away and so today I think we will allow ourselves to take a step back and pat ourselves on the back.
We look forward to welcoming you into our world of pure imagination, have a look around, take your time and enjoy the ride.
